Development of a chatbot in Telegram

The bot asks the question:

4. Choosing a service center

1. Select a city or locality
   
   

2. After selection → show a list of specific service centers in this city
   
   

5. Choosing a date and time

• The user selects a day and specifies the time.

• If the slot is free, proceed to step 6.

• If the slot is occupied, send a message: “Unfortunately, this time is taken, please choose another”

• The user selects the appointment time.

6. Appointment confirmation

7. Creating the appointment

• The bot informs:
  
  “✅ Thank you! You have successfully signed up. A reminder will be sent 1 day before the visit.”
  
  

• The appointment is saved in the database.
  
  

• A notification is sent to the administrator in a separate group.
  
  

• Return to the main menu.
  
  

8. Payment

After confirming the appointment, the user is offered to make a payment:

• ✅ Yes → the bot shows the details or an integrated “Pay” button (if the payment system API is available).
  
  

• ❌ No → the appointment is saved as unpaid; the user receives a payment reminder.
  
  

The payment functionality includes:

• Choosing a payment method (card).
  
  

• Sending an electronic receipt or a message about successful payment.
  
  

• Saving the status “paid / unpaid” in the database.
  
  

• (Optional) Notification to the administrator about the payment.
  
  

9. Reminder

1 day before the visit, the bot sends a message:

We remind you of your appointment for an oil change tomorrow at [time] at Oliver.
