2) Потрібно створити бота , який буде відправляти сповіщення з Нової Пошти (бізнес кабінету) у телеграм чат або канал. Це повинні бути сповіщення про тривале зберігання, відмови, автоповернення, грошові перета інші сповіщення нової пошти із можливістю їх фільтрації за потреби
