It is necessary to develop and properly design a commercial proposal for providing retail space in a shopping center for placing a retail island for selling mobile accessories.
Regarding the text in the commercial proposal, I will attach a rough text. But the main thing is that from my side there should be no unnecessary pomp, as if I am creating a flow of customers for them. Here, on the contrary, the shopping centers are already well-established in terms of visitor traffic.
It should be indicated that our priority is the first floor, as well as a location opposite the supermarket checkout counters. It should also be noted that the branding will be changed to "Ready". Additionally, it should be mentioned that we plan to sign a lease agreement for a minimum of 1 year. The area of the retail island, as per the documentation, is 6.25 m2.
There is also a document for the design project of the retail island (pdf), which needs to be translated from Russian to Ukrainian and remove item 3 - "Situational plan", as well as all data about the developer of this project.
It is necessary to combine the text from the first document and the second document into a single harmonious and attractive commercial proposal in two formats: pdf and word with the possibility of editing, at least the contact details of various shopping centers.
