The work was completed successfully. But the work process was unexpectedly difficult. When the work was completed, according to the advice and requirements of the customer in the process of work, it turned out that the customer should still "consult with colleagues"
Why this could not be done at the stage of the development of sketches the customer has never explained. As a result, the work started from the beginning and took twice more time than planned.
So I couldn’t ignore it in the reflection. Maybe someone is better to find a common language with the customer.
