A new logo needs to be developed or the existing logo for the Aurum Edition brand needs to be deeply updated, as well as a complete corporate identity and logo book created.
Aurum Edition is a luxury brand that transforms smartphones and watches into personal status accessories: using precious materials, handcrafted work, jewelry details, and individual design.
The main task of the visual system is to elevate the brand perception to the luxury segment level: status, individuality, jewelry precision, technology, expensive materials, handcrafted work, exclusivity.
We need a designer or studio with experience in creating logos and corporate identities for premium or luxury brands. It is important that the performer understands the difference between "looks expensive" and true luxury aesthetics. A template premium with unnecessary curls, gold for the sake of gold, or a visual feeling of a salon/boutique is not needed. A strong, modern, status-driven, and refined style is required.
What needs to be done:
- Conduct a brief analysis of the current logo and the visual perception of the brand.
- Propose several directions for a new logo or redesign of the existing one.
- Develop the main version of the Aurum Edition logo.
- Develop additional versions of the logo: horizontal, vertical, compact, monochrome, inverse.
- If necessary, develop a monogram or a separate AE sign.
- Select a corporate color palette with codes for digital and print.
- Select corporate fonts or propose a typographic system.
- Develop graphic elements of the brand: lines, shapes, decorative elements, accents, visual details.
- Develop patterns that can be used in packaging, certificates, social media, presentations, websites, and other media.
- Consider principles of composition, visual rhythm, spacing, and use of space.
- Describe the rules for using the logo: minimum sizes, protective field, correct and incorrect usage.
- Create basic examples of applying the corporate identity.
- Prepare a logo book / brand guidelines with all the rules for using the style.
Preferred media for demonstrating the style:
- business card;
- certificate of authenticity / warranty certificate;
- packaging or packaging elements;
- social media: avatar, highlights covers, post / story templates;
- presentation slide;
- letterhead / commercial proposal;
- elements for the website;
- watermark or signature for photos/videos;
- pattern for print or digital use.
Final materials should include:
- logo in vector formats: AI / EPS / SVG / PDF;
- logo in raster formats: PNG / JPG;
- versions for light and dark backgrounds;
- monochrome version;
- corporate palette: HEX, RGB, CMYK, preferably Pantone;
- font system with font names and usage rules;
- all graphic elements and patterns;
- source files in Figma / Adobe Illustrator or another agreed format;
- logo book / brand guidelines in PDF.
Important style requirements:
- The style should look expensive, modern, confident, and status-driven.
- The logo should be suitable for a luxury-tech brand, not for an ordinary tech store, beauty salon, jewelry boutique, or souvenir workshop.
- The visual system should combine technology, jewelry quality, individuality, and luxury level.
- The brand is closer to expressive luxury, but without vulgarity, overload, and cheap "expensive-much".
- An aesthetic is needed that will look good on the website, in Instagram, on packaging, in certificates, presentations, videos, and on the product itself.
What we ask you to send in your response:
- examples of logos and corporate identities that you have already created;
- separate examples of work for the premium or luxury segment;
- a brief vision of how you would approach this project;
- estimated stages of work;
- completion timelines;
- cost of work;
- number of concepts and revisions included in the cost.
I also attach the logos that are currently in use.
