Development of an extension for Adobe Premiere Pro

Create an extension (script/plugin) for Adobe Premiere Pro that automates the adjustment of image durations on the timeline to match the length of corresponding audio files and adds automatic visual effects.

Main Functionality

1. Matching image durations and audio:

   • The user manually arranges both sets on the timeline:

     • audio files (in the required order),

     • images (in the same order as the audio).

   • The extension automatically changes the duration of each image to match the length of the corresponding audio file.

     • Example:

       • If the 1st audio file lasts 15 seconds → the first image is automatically stretched to 15 seconds.

       • If the 2nd audio file lasts 20 seconds → the second image is stretched to 20 seconds.

2. Automatic effects on images 

   • Each image receives one of the visual effects.

   • Typical examples:

     • slow zoom (Ken Burns effect),

     • slight sway or panning,

     • other simple motion animations.

   • The exact list of effects and the possibility of implementing them can be agreed upon separately.

3. Additional functionality (if possible):

   • Option for automatic subtitle creation based on audio (if it can be implemented).
