Development and support of AI Agent / N8N, AirTable, Make.com

We have an existing complex AI agent for our marketing agency. Its main processes are built on N8N, Make.com, Airtable interface, as well as a lot of custom JS scripts and SQL queries to an external DB.

The following API integrations are also used: Anthropic, Supabase, Switchboard, Clay, Grok, Gemini, Claude, Hubspot, Chat GPT, Perplixity, Smartlead, Facebook, Anthropic, Triplewhale, Attentive.

The project is quite complex, for which an external team has spent hundreds of hours. Please keep this in mind when considering your capabilities in response to the project. The budget will be discussed after the introduction.

The project is long-term and we need the following services on a regular basis:

• Troubleshooting, support, and improvement of existing workflows to enhance productivity and reliability.
• Development and implementation of new AI-based workflows in N8N.
• Integration of various APIs (REST, GraphQL, Webhooks, etc.) on different platforms.
• Development and optimization of database queries (SQL, Supabase).
• Development and connection of automation between Airtable, LLM (ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok) and custom data sources.
• Collaboration with internal teams to transform business needs into scalable automation solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with n8n and workflow automation.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and SQL.
• Practical experience in API integration (REST, GraphQL, Websockets).
• Familiarity with Airtable, Supabase, and AI/LLM platforms (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini, etc.).
• Deep understanding of data structures, relational databases, and automation logic.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in English B2+ (Upper-Intermediate) — ability to communicate with international teams.

Nice to have:

• Experience with other automation platforms (Zapier, Node.js user workflows).
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or similar).
