Development of a visual novel
Hello,
I am looking for a developer to create a responsive layout for a psychological visual novel on Webflow. The design will be provided in Figma.
Important: experience with Webflow is required, especially with interactive websites, landing pages with dynamic content, or creating web applications with similar logic. It will be a plus to understand game scenario logic.
Format:
An interactive website with a visual novel, accessible on both desktop and mobile versions.
How it works:
The player reads an illustrated story and makes decisions that influence the plot development.
Functionality:
- Account and progress saving: ability to register/login + automatic saving of the player's progress in the account.
- Character personalization: ability to select a character from a list and specify a name.
- Choices: at key moments in the plot, there should be an option to choose from 2-4 actions/responses, which affect the further development of the story.
- Testing: a test for the player is planned at the beginning and at the end of the story.
- Progress system: for each choice, the player earns points, which can later be exchanged for certain bonuses.
- Statistics: this section should store "unlocked" elements/achievements, points, test results, and the percentage of episodes completed.
- Ability to restart the game or go back to a previous decision.
