1. About the company
Budhelper is a company selling construction materials (Lviv, Ukraine).
We have an accounting system based on BAF Small Business.
We want to automate work with clients through Telegram.

2. Development goal
To create a Telegram bot where the client can:
see the history of their orders;
view amounts, dates, objects, short lists of products;
download PDF invoices;
see current price lists (PDF and/or text categories);
receive notifications about promotions and new products.
The bot should work as a personal client cabinet.
3. Main functionality
(must have)
3.1. Authorization
Authorization by phone number (request_contact button or manual entry).
Matching the phone with the client database in BAF Small Business.
Linking Telegram user_id to the client.
3.2. Main menu
After authorization, the client sees:
📦 My orders
💰 Current price lists
🔔 Promotions and new products
📞 Contact the manager
⚙️ Settings
3.3. Order history
For each authorized client, the bot should show:
order date;
amount;
object/address (from BAF);
short list of products (3–10 items);
button “📄 Download invoice (PDF)”.
3.4. Viewing price lists
Two options:
Sending PDF price lists
Displaying product categories in a text menu (optional)
3.5. Notifications (mailings)
Subscription/unsubscription to promotions.
Mass mailing by the administrator via the /admin command (web panel - optional).
3.6. Contacting the manager
Option:
sending manager's contacts
or
forwarding the client's message to managers in a Telegram group.
