Your responsibilities
Development of Solana smart contracts (Rust, Anchor or without it).
Integration of on-chain logic with backend services (gRPC/WebSocket).
Performance optimization and gas cost reduction.
Code review of colleagues, writing unit and integration tests.
Participation in technical discussions on MVP architecture and subsequent iterations.
Mandatory requirements
Rust — confident level (Generics, async/await, lifetime management).
Solana SDK / Solana Runtime — experience creating and deploying programs.
Experience working with Anchor, Solana Program Library or raw BPF.
Understanding decentralized financial protocols (DEX, AMM, staking).
Experience with CI/CD (GitHub Actions / GitLab CI).
English level B1+ for reading technical documentation.
Desired skills
Applied cryptography (ECDSA/Ed25519, Merkle proofs, ZK-signatures).
Mathematical background: linear algebra, number theory.
Knowledge of other L1/L2 is a plus.
