Online Tourism Insurance Service.This is a mini aggregator with different insurance programs from different SCs.The site itself is made on WordPress, with a piece of self-writing code.It is about the calculator of insurance payment and the algorithm of the formation of the pdf file - insurance policy.I will describe the step-by-step principle of service:
- The visitor enters the site to form and get the insurance policy for a trip abroad in a few minutes.The service works automatically, without any human involvement (type of application processing, entering data in the form, etc.).The user independently forms the insurance policy according to the selected criteria.In order to get an e-mail insurance, the user must do the following actions:
1) Selection of the insurance policy period
2) Selection of the area of insurance
3) Choose the call of tourists and the age of each
Choose 1 of 3 insurance programs from different insurance companies
4) Introduction of personal data
5) Payment with any bank card
- After these actions the payment system (in my case it is liqpay) processes the payment, and in case it is successful on the server forms the pdf file - insurance policy, in the pdf format from the template, with the personal data entered by the customer.He is sent to him by e-mail.That is, the customer forms his own insurance and receives it after payment.There are a number of changes that need to be made, namely:
- to change current tariffs, seek a new Insurance Company (additional PDF template + API integration)
- replace the payment system with Easypay (currently the cash is worth)
- Implementing an additional product - Green Card - Car insurance when travelling abroad (API integration)
signing insurance contracts with the help of the ECP
