Sales freelancer / sales manager on outsourcing | 15% from payments | database + warm leads

The online foreign language school is looking for a strong sales specialist for freelance / outsource format.

What you need to do:
• work with a fresh, unharvested database;
• process leads from the TG bot;
• push clients to payment;
• record work in CRM;
• maintain a high response speed and normal discipline with leads.

Important:
at the start, the main focus is not on cold searching from scratch, but on refining the database and warmer contacts who are already familiar with the product or have interacted with us before.

Collaboration format:
• freelance / outsource;
• no base salary;
• payment only for results;
• flexible schedule, but with mandatory quick processing of leads.

Payment:
• 15% of actual payments received from your deals;
• also included in the calculation are bonuses from your deals within 30 days;
• student renewals are not included in this model.

Income guideline:
• 20,000 - 35,000+ UAH;
• income directly depends on the quality of work, speed, and number of closed payments.
