Sales Manager (IT Outsource) — work on commission, earn without limits
ELEVIT is looking for an effective Sales Manager to work with international clients in FinTech, AI, and web development. This is a commission-based project — your income depends solely on your results.
Important:
- We do not provide ready-made leads; you need to find clients and projects independently.
- Negotiating, preparing commercial proposals, closing deals, and handing over projects to the team.
- Maintaining long-term relationships with clients, upselling additional services.
Requirements:
- Sales experience of at least 1 year (preference for IT/software services).
- Own resources for finding clients.
- English from B1+ for communication with international clients.
- Results-oriented, willingness to work on commission.
- Plus: CRM, modern sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, Challenger).
