Sales Manager IT — attracting clients for FinTech/AI projects
Our ELEVIT team is actively working in FinTech, AI, and web development. We are looking for a Sales Manager to attract new clients and projects.
📈 What you will need to do:
- search for clients on Upwork, LinkedIn, and other platforms;
- negotiate and present our services;
- prepare commercial proposals;
- close deals and hand over projects to the team;
- maintain long-term relationships and do upselling.
🧑🏻💻 Who we are looking for:
- experience in sales for at least 1 year (preference for IT outsourcing);
- willingness to independently find and attract clients;
- English from B1+ for communication with international clients;
- results-oriented, ability to negotiate and close deals;
- plus: experience with CRM, knowledge of sales techniques (SPIN, BANT, Challenger).
