About the role
The Sales Manager is responsible for attracting new clients (startups, founders, CEOs), conducting consultation calls, and closing deals for LeadForce services.
This role is for a person who:
Can sell expert services (B2B)
Comfortably works with founders and top managers
Understands the basic principles of fundraising or wants to dive deep into this field
Is results-oriented and focused on % from sales
🚀 Key responsibilities
Conducting discovery / sales calls with potential clients
Presenting LeadForce services (fundraising campaigns, investor outreach, marketing support)
Identifying client pain points and forming solutions
Closing deals and supporting until the contract is signed
Maintaining CRM and controlling the pipeline
Following up with leads
Meeting sales targets
💼 Candidate profile
1+ year of experience in B2B sales (marketing / consulting / agency services — will be an advantage)
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (mandatory)
Experience working with international clients
Confidence in conducting online meetings
Ability to handle objections
Results-oriented rather than process-oriented
Will be a plus:
Experience in the startup, venture capital, or fundraising sector
Understanding of investor relations
