Sales partner
The online foreign language school UKnow is expanding the capabilities of its sales department and is looking for an external Sales partner (freelancer or outsourcing contractor) to implement a specific project aimed at refining the client database and increasing the number of payments.
The school is actively scaling, and the internal infrastructure allows for processing over 2500 conducted classes per month.
The goal of the project is to increase the conversion to payment through systematic work with the existing database of potential clients and incoming inquiries.
Scope of Work
Main tasks:
processing the formed client database that has already interacted with the company;
re-communication with clients who previously showed interest in the product but did not complete the purchase process;
working with leads coming through the TG bot and other channels;
supporting potential clients until they make a payment decision;
handling objections;
entering information and statuses into the CRM;
regular synchronization of results with the team.
Which contacts are provided for work
Within the project, the contractor will be provided with:
a fresh unprocessed database;
warm and semi-warm leads;
contacts of clients who are already familiar with the brand;
leads obtained through the TG bot;
clients who require additional communication before making a payment decision.
The project does not involve classic cold client searches from scratch.
Expectations from the contractor
We are interested in collaborating with a specialist or team who:
have practical sales experience;
possess deal-closing techniques;
have experience working with client databases;
can handle objections;
are ready to work on a results-based payment format;
can quickly respond to new inquiries and effectively support leads.
It would be an advantage:
experience in the EdTech field, information products, or service sales;
experience in re-engaging "sleeping" or unprocessed clients;
experience working with LTV metrics and client retention.

an important condition is the prompt processing of leads and adherence to communication agreements.
Compensation conditions
The project involves collaboration on a Commission Only model.
The contractor's compensation is:
15% of the actual payments received for the deals that the contractor supported;
client bonuses within 30 days after the first payment are also included in the calculation.
Further extensions of training within this model are not considered.
Estimated income with effective work can range from 20,000 to 35,000+ UAH per month and directly depends on performance.
