I gave Andrey 5 days to transfer the money back to the account from which they were sent to him. He ignored.
As a result, the work that has not been started has not been completed, the amount is $375 or UAH 3050. to date, November 18, 2012, has not been returned. Andrei still does not get in touch, and the work had to be entrusted to another person.
It turned out that the signature in Andrey's letter "Director of the Department of Information Technology" at Epicall is invalid, because. he does not work there, he began with deceit already in his first letter.
By such behavior, Andrei undermines not only his personal reputation, but also the reputation of all freelancers, because from now on I will no longer turn to freelancers and will not advise others.
