The project started well, but it did not happen. A long time has passed since the start, but the project has remained unfinished.

The customer is not adequate.
1) does not comply with the pre-payment conditions
2) Task changes "on summer" while deviating from the previously assigned TZ (one of the reasons for my refusal to the task)
3) The company has no money to communicate by voice by phone.
4) A problematic secretary who cannot answer questions from the executive.
5) The company works like in Ukraine, the site is located on the Ukrainian domain, but has contact data of Russia http://silver-solutions.com.ua/contacts/
