Website with a normal design and classic features for sales
Hello everyone. I need to create a proper, meaningful website with the possibility of developing a full-fledged mobile application either immediately or in the future. With proper adaptation for mobile devices of the web version.
I do not need a B2B solution with some platforms and super features, as that already exists for wholesale clients. I need a retail website with classic functions and features. I will, of course, create a technical specification, but I want to discuss more with a specialist what needs to be prioritized and what can be done later, specifically a person with experience who will continue to maintain the website and help improve it.
For additional non-classical functions, it is necessary to calculate and select the required CMS:
1. Products will be uploaded via XML from various sources, for example, 5 different sources, and the corresponding symbols will be added to the article, for example, -DP, so we understand from which supplier the product is. Prices and availability will be updated every 5-10 minutes, while all content will be updated once, for example, at night.
2. Since there will be different suppliers and a lot of different products, approximately 40-50 thousand, they will have different but similar categories, there will be chaos in the product characteristics, so a solution, possibly AI, is needed to structure this so that categories, characteristics look good; we will think through the logic together.
3. A smart search should be implemented so that searching by 3 letters already shows what is needed in the search, and like on Rozetka, it shows which product categories are available for the given search and allows navigation through them.
4. A structured website for SEO
5. Payment in cryptocurrency and LiqPay
6. Delivery via Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Rozetka pickup points
7. It may also be necessary to consider how to separate different suppliers in the cart into multiple orders, as it is done on Rozetka.
P.S.: Most of the functions are implemented on OpenCart on several websites, so I can show and explain in detail; it didn't cost me much and works great with XML, smart searches, and cataloging.
