1. Project Goal
Development of a multilingual (UA/RU/EN/DE) sports website for coaches on WordPress + Avada (Life Coach):
- coach presentations (with the prospect of multiple coaches),
- online booking of training sessions (Amelia + PayPal),
- displaying courts on a map,
- publishing a structured "Knowledge Base" (technique, tactics, strokes, mistakes, rules, training process),
- integrations with YouTube, analytics, and SEO.
2. Main Tasks
- Technical Base:
- Setting up WordPress + Avada (with child theme).
- Setting up hosting (SSL, cache, basic optimizations).
- Installing and configuring key plugins:
- Polylang (multilingualism),
- Rank Math SEO,
- Amelia Booking (with PayPal),
- ACPT Pro / Meta Box (CPT + meta fields),
- WP Go Maps (court map),
- SMTP plugin,
- Cookie / Privacy.
- Multilingualism (4 languages):
- Setting up Language Policies (UA/RU/EN/DE),
- creating page structures for all languages,
- correct hreflang, sitemap, SEO titles.

- Home with:
- hero block "About Me" + CTA "Sign Up" without scrolling,
- carousel of coaches,
- hub blocks of "Knowledge Base",
- one YouTube block (channel/intro),
- Pages:
- Coach,
- Services,
- Courts with map and "City" filter,
- Knowledge Base (hub),
- 6 sections of the knowledge base (Technique, Tactics, Strokes, Mistakes, Rules, Training Process),
- examples of individual articles/strokes,

- Home with:
- Booking (Amelia):
- Setting up the minimum necessary locations, services, and coach,
- integration with PayPal,
- connecting domain e-mail via SMTP,
- displaying the booking widget on Home/Services.
- Custom Data Types (structure "for growth"):
- CPT court (courts) with fields: city, address, indoor/outdoor, coordinates, linking to Amelia Location.
- CPT trainer (coaches) with fields: contacts, languages, level of training, certificates, base rate, linking to Amelia Employee.
- Relation trainer ↔ court (on which courts the coach works).
- Court Map:
- Interactive map with markers for all courts,
- filter by city (dropdown),
- list of courts under the map with a "Get Directions" button.
- YouTube Integration:
- One block on Home (channel or intro video),
- one playlist block on each page of the "Knowledge Base" section,
- one playlist block on pages of individual strokes/topics.
- No heavy video carousels.
- Design / UX:
- Custom header/footer (logo, menu, social media, language switcher, search),
- carousel of coaches (desktop+mobile),
- mobile carousel of "Knowledge Base" sections,
- adaptive layout for main screen sizes.
- SEO and Analytics:
- Basic SEO configuration with Rank Math,
- Schema for coach and FAQ,
- connecting GA4,
- setting up basic events (click CTA, booking, form submission, transition to YouTube).
- Optimization and Security:
- setting up cache plugin,
- disabling/removing demo content from Avada Life Coach,
- basic security measures (updates, backups, login restrictions).
