Need a database of closed Telegram channels (channels without usernames), in the form of a txt file, where there will be a list of links to these channels in a column. The topic does not matter, but there must be sorting by topics (1 topic = 1 txt file)
Mandatory criteria:
1) All channels must have open comments
2) The number of subscribers must be at least 1k
3) The channel's audience must be active (under each post, excluding promotional ones, there should be at least 3 comments)
4) The channels themselves must be active (at least 2 posts per day in each channel, excluding promotional posts)
5) Channels must not match those I already have (I will send the existing database of topics for those who take on the order)
Channels must be sorted by GEO. All other conditions will strictly apply to Russian channels. I will buy databases of other CIS channels (except Ukrainian) at an agreed price.
For each topic, sorting should be based on the following

1) Special categories of giant channels (OVER 1K subscribers)
The price per channel in rubles will be indicated in parentheses
1.1) News giants (2.5)
1.2) Technology + tech bloggers (1.5)
1.3) Other bloggers (1.5)
2) Sorting for channels with less than 1 million subscribers of any topic
