А чем вас напрямик получение инфы с бинансе не устраивает? Как я наискось просмотрел в вами предложенном API в бесплатном варианте практически ничего нет для осуществления ваших задумок. Зато есть на самом бинансе ибо у него нет платного API. Ну и чтобы увеличить частоту надо не много аккаунтов, а много разных IP с одним аккаунтом ) Как минимум так на бинансе и бесплатный вариант очень напоминает ограничение бинансе на 2000 обращений в минуту
