It is necessary to systematically collect and prepare databases from Instagram for advertising on Meta, mailings (WhatsApp/Email), and IG activities.
What to do (8 tasks — minimum in volume)
1. Brands (100 official IG)
100 donor accounts collected + their network needs to be gathered, for example, there are:

For each: collect the entire network of brand accounts (regional/marketing) and dealers/distributors by brand name.
Output: ≥ 1,000 valid contacts.
2. Audiences of brands/networks/dealers
Collect followers and following (accounts + public contacts).
Output: ≥ 10,000 contacts.
3. Intersecting "brand fans"
Users subscribed to at least 5 brands from the list.
Output: ≥ 1,000 contacts.
4. Premium interior designers (database of 100 designers is already ready)
Through subscriptions of the top 100 designers, collect the target audience (accounts + contacts).
Output: ≥ 1,000 contacts.
5. Premium media/press (design/architecture)
Media sources collected.
Collect the audience from their subscriptions (following).
Output: ≥ 1,000 contacts.
6. Opinion leaders (art/design/luxury)
Through their subscriptions, collect the premium audience.
Output: ≥ 5,000 contacts.
Opinion leaders sources collected.
7. GEO-tags of global furniture exhibitions (excluding China)
All who made posts with real geolocation: iSaloni (Milano), Maison&Objet, imm cologne, High Point Market, ICFF NYC, Downtown Design Dubai (window 12–36 months).
6 exhibitions collected.
8. Global intersecting audience
Users appearing in 5 and 10 segments above (the most prioritized selection).
What exactly to submit
• Filled SACRUM_SIMPLE_MASTER_v2.xlsx (tabs already created: brands, network/dealers, audiences followers/following, overlap, designers, media, influencers, events).
• Ready CSV:
• Meta_CustomAudience_ready.csv (email, phone_e164, country + SHA256-hashes),
• WhatsApp_ready.csv (name, phone_e164, country),
• Email_ready.csv (name, email, country, source),
• IG_Usernames.csv (ig_username, country, segment).
• Brief report: volumes for each item, % of contacts, invalid-rate, notes/risks.
Requirements
• Experience with Segmento Target or analogs (exporting followers/following), data normalization.
• Confident in Excel/Google Sheets; SMTP validation of email (without sending), phones in E.164 format.
• Understanding of GDPR/PECR/CAN-SPAM: we only use public contacts (bio/buttons/website).
• Any mass actions in IG on behalf of the client are prohibited.
• Plus: Python/JS for cleaning and deduplication.
KPI and quality
• Accuracy of manual sampling (100 rows): ≥95% of key fields.
• Invalid email ≤8% (by SMTP check).
• Anti-bot: profile ≥6 months, ≥3 posts, last post ≤180 days, subscriber/following ratio 0.1–10.
• Deduplication by ig_username / email / phone_e164.
Work format
• Pilot 300–500 rows across several tabs → KPI check → main volume.
• Payment for valid records + bonus for quality confirmed dealers (proof_url).
