I posted this project today, but it turned out that I formulated the task incorrectly, which is why I had to send explanations to each first respondent.
Therefore, I closed that project and posted a new one with a corrected description.

There is a website template whose design I like, made in Elementor editor, but I do not like it.

The task is not to customize this template, but to create a new website in WordPress in PHP/HTML/CSS/JS or in a code editor, using the demo template as a design donor. (I did not buy the template and do not plan to.)

In other words, the website template is used only as a design project.

Regarding the number of blocks on the developed site.

The template on the main page of the site has many blocks, but I use three times fewer blocks on my Main page.

My Main page sketch is attached to the project. Nothing needs to be done except what is on the sketch. The footer is also not needed.

On the "Main Page" sketch, in the "Our Services" section, there are 8 buttons, clicking on which leads to the corresponding "Service Page". Everything should work the same as in the demo template.

The service page does not contain pictures/videos, only titles and text. The footer is also not needed.

The site needs a "Download Application Form" button, which when clicked, allows the user to download a PDF file.

The site needs a "WhatsApp" button, which when clicked, launches WhatsApp on the device.

At the bottom of the site (on my design sketch), there is an animated counter with the number 327. It should work as in the Demo.

After assembling the site, it may be necessary to slightly move some text blocks or increase/decrease a few headings (this work is possible but not mandatory). These will be very minor adjustments, no more than 3-5% of the total work volume.

So, here is the task:

Create a website in a code editor based on the demo template and sketches. One main page + 8 identical pages for services. With a WhatsApp button.
Upload the website to Ukraine hosting https://www.ukraine.com.ua, connect the domain.
Restrict access to the site by IP for all users except Croatian users. This can be done at the server level, or in hosting settings, or in CMS (for example, using plugins: Wordfence, iThemes Security, IP Geo Block, and others).
