нужно чтобы на всех указанных разрешениях эти блоки оставались на своих местах
сейчас они на своих местах только при разрешении 1920x1080
также на каждой секции есть svg маска
нужно чтобы на всех указанных разрешениях маски сохраняли свои пропорции (маски нужны для выбора секции дома, наведите на любую секцию и увидите что она подсвечивается - это благодаря svg маске)

Ну вы если метатег удалите, то на любом расширении экрана будет как на большом экране, просто где-то прийдётся масштабировать, а где-то нет))

Я просто не до конца понимаю как вы видите горизонтальную картинку, >800px на телефоне 375 например, да так что бы там ещё было всё хорошо видно, и влезло 4 синих блока, я может вас не так понял

адаптировать всё это дело нужно только под указанные в задании разрешения -
