Make text decryption of audio recordings (interviews) in Russian

Everything is done in time. There is no pretense. However, due to the poor recording and the specificity of the professional language, there are many moments when the artist was unable to understand the audio recording.

This is the first time I see the customer’s ungratefulness.
Start with the quality of recording. The places are terrible.
It was unrealistic to understand all the words. I tried to do it quality and literally. If any word could not be heard, it must indicate the time code, but such words were very few. I think the customer himself would not hear them if he did not conduct the interview himself.
I consider my response unfair.
Excessive demands with low, in my opinion, wages.
I don’t recommend!
