Search for a sales manager in Odesa

We need to find 2 sales managers for our company who will work in our office, make calls from our database, and visit partners for meetings. Our partners are active recreation places (for example, yachting clubs, fishing, hunting, etc.). We have platforms for active recreation (the principle of operation is similar to booking), and we are currently expanding it, which is why we need sales managers.

We need a freelancer who can shortlist candidates based on resumes, conduct the first online meeting with them, briefly introduce our company (information will be provided), and ask basic questions (which we will also provide). If the candidate meets our initial criteria, schedule our meeting with the candidate.

The video meeting must be recorded, and the recorded meeting file should be sent to us.

It is expected that you will need to conduct 10-15 online meetings with candidates.

The order is considered successful when 2 of your candidates pass the adaptation (which lasts 4 days) and pass the exam in our company.
