Senior Performance Creative (UAC/Utility, iOS/macOS) — Creation of ROI creatives for Cleaner/VPN
We are looking for an experienced specialist in creating performance creatives (video/animation/UGC) for promoting utility products (Cleaner, VPN, etc.) for iOS/macOS through Google UAC / user acquisition channels.
We need not just a designer, but someone who understands what creatives yield results in Tier 1 (US/UK/CA/AU), how a utility user thinks, and why they click.
What needs to be done:
• Create high-converting video creatives for UAC (15–30 sec);
• Develop creative concepts and storylines based on pain points / motivators;
• Generate hypotheses (UGC / motion / storytelling / before-after / fear / boost, etc.);
• Transform the functionality of Cleaner/VPN/Utility into a selling message;
• Adapt creatives for scaling and testing;
• Work towards results (CTR, CVR, ROAS — priority).
What is important:
✔ Experience working specifically with utility applications (Cleaner, VPN,);
✔ Understanding the psychology of iOS/macOS users;
✔ Real experience with creatives for Google UAC or Meta/TikTok with a performance approach;
✔ Ability to create not just a beautiful video — but one that works in UA;
✔ Willingness to jump in immediately, without a long ramp-up;
✔ Can work solo or with a mini-team (motion, voice, editing).
It will be an advantage:
• Cases with Tier 1 (US/UK/CA/AU);
• Experience in UAC/Meta Ads for Utility;
• Ability to justify the approach to the concept/message;
• Availability of working creatives with results (CTR/CVR/ROI).
