We are launching the promotion of a large-scale real estate project, and in this regard, we are looking for an SEO specialist with a level of at least middle + for comprehensive project management.

Tasks:

• Purchasing and placing link mass through major exchanges and direct agreements.

• Outreach: searching for and negotiating with webmasters, media, bloggers, and site owners.

• Preparation and implementation of link building strategies (guest posts, crowd, content marketing, partner links).

• Maintaining a link database, working in specialized programs and trackers.

• Analytics and optimization of the link profile (Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, GSC, etc.).

• Monitoring SEO trends 2025 (EEAT, AI content, domain authority, working with brand signals).

• Interaction with the content marketing team and technical SEO.

Requirements:

• Practical experience in link building for at least 3 years.

• Confident work with major link exchanges and manual purchasing.

• Experience in outreach: ability to find contacts and negotiate.

• Knowledge of English (Intermediate +) for negotiations with foreign platforms.

• Skills in working with SEO tools (Ahrefs, Semrush, Serpstat, Screaming Frog).

• Understanding of modern ranking factors (EEAT, user signals, topical authority).

• Cases of successful promotion of projects with complex structures.

• Organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
