We are looking for an experienced SEO specialist for comprehensive promotion of a website in English-speaking markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe). Development and implementation of a strategy to improve positions in search engines (Google, Bing), increase organic traffic, and enhance conversion are required.
Main tasks:
Website Audit:
- Technical analysis (loading speed, mobile responsiveness, URL structure).
- Checking page indexing and fixing errors.
- Analysis of current positions in search engines.
On-page SEO:
- Optimization of meta tags (title, description, H1-H6).
- Improvement of page structure and navigation.
- Content optimization considering keywords.
- Implementation of internal linking.
Keyword Research & Content Strategy:
- Selection of target keywords considering regional specifics.
- Creation of a plan for writing SEO-optimized content.
- Recommendations on the structure and content of blogs, landing pages.
Technical SEO & Core Web Vitals:
- Optimization of page loading speed.
- Working with sitemap, robots.txt, hreflang (for multi-regionality).
- Elimination of duplicate pages, redirects, canonicalization.
Off-page SEO & Link Building:
- Development of a link building strategy (guest posts, press releases, outreach).
- Working with local directories and obtaining links from authoritative sites.
- Analysis of competitors' backlink profiles.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Setting up Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Monitoring positions and adjusting strategy.
- Monthly progress reports.
Candidate Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of experience in SEO with cases of promotion in English-speaking markets.
✅ Deep knowledge of Google algorithms (E-E-A-T, Helpful Content Update, RankBrain).
✅ Ability to work with tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog.
✅ Experience in successful link building and outreach.
✅ Proficiency in English at the Intermediate+ level (for working with content).
✅ Understanding of local and international SEO specifics.
