SEO specialist (support and scaling of the project)

Grand Car We are a Ukrainian company with a branch in Kazakhstan and are actively developing the digital direction.

We are looking for an SEO specialist for outsourcing in the Kazakhstan direction.

Over the past year, we have systematically worked with SEO and achieved significant results:

• growth of organic traffic by 5 times

• pages ranking in TOP search results

• stabilization and retention of positions

Now we are looking for a SEO specialist who can support the project, scale results, and work with a focus not just on traffic, but on leads and conversions.

Main Tasks

Main goal: Growth of targeted organic traffic that converts into applications
(target benchmark — 3–5% conversion from SEO traffic)

• Optimization of the budget for SEO optimization

• Updating and expanding the semantic core of categories and services

• Monitoring the technical condition of the website:

  • indexing

  • loading speed

  • duplicates

  • structure

  • errors and recommendations

• Working with external optimization (link building, strategy, quality control of links)

• Development and optimization of the website's presence in AI search (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.)

• Analysis of SEO reporting, position dynamics, traffic, and conversions

• Formation of SEO strategy for the quarter / half-year / month
  
  

We have a staff copywriter who:

• writes SEO texts

• creates articles

• works according to the technical specifications and can create technical specifications based on the semantic core for internal optimization
  
  

From you, we require a well-structured technical specification for external optimization, a semantic core for internal optimization, and work on technical tasks.

We expect from the candidate

• Experience in SEO for at least 5 years

• Understanding SEO as a sales tool, not just traffic

• Ability to work with:

  • Google Search Console

  • Google Analytics (GA4)

  • Ahrefs / Serpstat / SEMrush and others

• Experience working with commercial websites (services, cars, finance)

• Experience in foreign markets (It will be a plus if you have worked in Kazakhstan)

• Skills in funnel analysis: traffic → behavior → lead

• Understanding of modern SEO trends and AI optimization

• Systematic and analytical approach
