What should be on the server (plugins, etc.):
1. Privileges - admin panel, VIP status linked to username, etc.;
2. Admin menu, VIP menu with the ability to remove unnecessary items or modify them;
3. Repeating messages in chat, on screen, their variety and colorfulness;
4. Variety and colorfulness of messages in chat, on screen for privileged players;
5. Important notifications in chat, on screen (server restart, map change, administration contacts, etc.);
6. Standard maps like Dust, Inferno, etc.;
7. When banned or kicked, there should be a notification in chat about this (reason, duration, etc.);
8. Server menu (opens by command or bind);
9. Rank system (from private to marshal) with the ability to change their names;
10. Ranking system;
11. Ability to change the map;
12. Ability to check for cheats;
13. Separate models for privileged players;
14. Snow plugin;
15. Skin changes for weapons;
16. Ban list and mute list.
IMPORTANT! Additional plugins may be discussed separately.
Nothing unnecessary should be installed on the server. Everything that is not needed in the plugins should be removed and/or modified. This means you must be able to delete unnecessary items from the plugin or change it.
All plugins and mods must be taken only from official sites.
Explanations will be needed on some issues (working with plugins, how to manually assign privileges, etc.).
Order execution principle:
The performer assembles the server and demonstrates its operation on any hosting of their choice. If something is wrong - they correct and supplement it.
The final hosting to which the assembly needs to be transferred will be provided in private messages.
