Server migration and further support.
I have 1 VPS with a Debian server with Vesta CP with about 17 accounts - most of them Opencart sites (2 Wordpress). But I got it hacked. Now I want to migrate it to a clean environment - a new VPS server. But now i want cPanel + Litespeed + Your suggestion on security needed. My current server has CSF/LFD plus maldet and clamav. I am ok to stay with that, just need to have every account to be scanned before migration to make sure we do not have the malware on the new site. I am ok to do the Opencart sites moving myself. Need help on email account moving though.
After migration, i will need regular support for that server. So i need to know your hourly rate.
The migration is quite urgent, as i can't live with hacked server. It has been down already several times.

Spanel is a bad choice, like any other panel. Moreover, you want further support. A competent administrator does not require the installation of a panel.
LiteSpeed, too, in my opinion is not the best choice, but it is discussed.
The price is indicated for a complete and correct server configuration with site transfer. If we conclude a contract for further support, the initial price may be lower.
