It is necessary to check and configure the correct integration of Facebook Pixel through the Conversions API. Currently, the postback from the site is coming to the tracker, leads are being recorded in the tracker. However, events (Lead) are not being sent from the tracker to the Facebook pixel. It needs to be fixed so that each lead recorded by the tracker is sent to the pixel as a Lead event. Check that events are displayed in Events Manager - Test Events and in campaign statistics. In Events Manager in Facebook, Lead events from the Conversions API should be displayed. In the advertising cabinet for the campaign, Lead events should be visible for optimization.
