Hello! I made exactly such settings: so that two people from different cities could log into the "nervous" account steadily and the service did not react to this.
What I propose to do:
1. First, we will check if this service has official access for employees (delegation, roles, business cabinet). If there is, this is the cheapest and safest option: no proxies, and the account does not see any foreign logins at all.
2. If there is no official access, we will set a static proxy with a fixed IP in your region plus a separate browser profile with the same fingerprint for you and your colleague: the same time zone, language, User-Agent, disabled WebRTC, so that the real address does not leak past the proxy. Then for the service, both logins look like one device from one address.
3. I will set everything up on both machines via a remote access session, not with an instruction "do it yourself." This way it goes faster, and there won't be a week of correspondence over one unchecked checkbox.
4. We will check together: you log in, your colleague logs in, the account stays silent. Plus a short memo in case the proxy ever fails, so you won't be left without access.
The price is 2500 UAH, as in the budget. The term is 2-3 days, mainly depending on when it is convenient to connect with you and your colleague. The proxy itself is paid separately, with a subscription to the provider, approximately 3-6 dollars per month for a static IP. I recommend registering it in your name so that access remains in your hands, not mine.
And one question, so as not to guess: what is this service? The answer depends on whether a proxy is even needed. Some platforms have official roles for employees, and then half of the work simply falls away.
