A specialist is needed to help optimize the CRM system PlanFix for a design and architecture studio.
What needs to be done:
- Conduct an audit of the existing CRM settings.
- Align them with the sales processes in the company, and if necessary, restructure.
- Set up integrations for automatic receipt of applications from:
- the website (WordPress),
- lead forms Meta,
- messengers (WhatsApp, Telegram, Viber),
- social networks (Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger).
Requirements:
- Experience working with PlanFix
- Understanding of integrations through API / Zapier / Make.
- Practice in setting up sales funnels and automations.
Collaboration format - remote work.
- Payment for results (fixed amount or hourly).
- Deadlines to be agreed upon after the audit.
