I recommend setting up a virtual environment on a dedicated server, depending on the number of people, the server starts from 45 euros per month (completely your account, you manage and pay for it). If there are many users, set up 2 virtual machines RDP and SQL. You need to know what restrictions are for RDP users, if there are many of them and by groups - then additionally raise AD. Advantages - you will have backups of both the entire virtual machine and separate backups of your 1C database.
