Hello.
I need help with setting up subscriptions.
Context:
There is a website that already has a subscription app from Super Subscriptions. You can check how it is set up on this page https://purewellsciences.com/products/lions-mane-mushroom-1. And here is the app in the store - https://apps.shopify.com/subscriptions-app
Currently, in this app, the subscription logic works like this - if you choose the pre-paid option when the client pays for 2 or 3 deliveries - the deliveries are made once a month. So if the product is $50 and the client chooses a 3-month supply, $150 will be deducted immediately, but they will receive 3 products with 1 delivery once a month.
What needs to be done:
It is necessary to enable the possibility to set up pre-paid subscriptions (it doesn't matter which ones) that will be delivered immediately in the quantity for which payment is made. So if the client chooses a 3-month supply - we deduct $150 from them and create a delivery of 3 products immediately, and after 3 months, we deduct $150 again and create a delivery of 3 products. The same applies if they choose a 2-month supply accordingly.
How to do it:
- if this can be fixed in the existing app, that would be great
- another app can be installed that has such functionality and set it up, or show how to set it up (I haven't found one yet). Ideally, there should be no commission on orders, but that option can also be considered.
- a custom (self-written) app can be installed, but it needs to be set up properly (with the ability to add other subscriptions, an admin panel for the user, etc.). I found an SDK on GitHub (https://github.com/Shopify/subscriptions-reference-app)
