General requirements:
• Experience in creating advertising creatives for Facebook / Instagram Ads.
• Practical experience using AI for generating creatives.
• Understanding of the specifics of the iGaming vertical.
• Result-oriented, not just focused on visual “beauty”.
• Skills in adapting creatives for different audiences and hypotheses.
• Creation of static creatives (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)
• Creation of short videos / animations (5–15 sec) for Ads
Understanding of principles:
• hook (the first 1–2 seconds).
• triggers (routine, chance, emotion, curiosity).
• CTR-oriented design.
• Ability to create series of variations of one creative pattern.
Who we are NOT looking for
- A graphic designer without advertising experience.
- A person focused only on “pretty pictures”.
- A creator without understanding of performance marketing.
Collaboration format
- Remote.
- Initially, a rate of $500 + (%) tied to the performance metrics of the creatives (CTR / CPA / ROAS).
- Test task: we launch 6–15 creatives in test mode, evaluate metrics, and make a decision on further collaboration.
