Hello! We are [py ko] syndicate, a Ukrainian brand of patches, clothing, and collectible items.
Main focus - social media design and email newsletter design for [py ko].
We need a person who can work not just with text and images, but with the vibe: anime, memes, pop culture, gaming, military aesthetics, internet culture, collectibility, and a bit of controlled chaos.
What you will need to do:
design posts, carousels, stories, and other SMM materials according to the brief;
adapt designs for collection launches, new items, meme situations, promotions, and informational triggers;
create email newsletter designs: announcements, selections, collection launches, promotions;
occasionally assist with advertising creatives, banners, or simple printed materials;
work in conjunction with the SMM manager and marketing team.
What is important to us:
a portfolio with modern digital works, not just corporate banners;
a sense of composition, typography, and the ability to create designs that people want to look at;
understanding of anime, memes, gaming, and street culture will be a big plus;
the ability to quickly assemble quality visuals for specific tasks, rather than spending a week searching for the perfect gradient;
confident use of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools;
an adequate attitude towards revisions, deadlines, and working according to the brief.
Format:
project-based, remote collaboration;
payment hourly or by agreed task packages - we will discuss after reviewing the portfolio.
