We need a talented editor with a sense of rhythm, music, and dramaturgy.
Project: a symphonic show with vocals, orchestra, and theatrical direction.
Tasks:
- Editing of clips, teasers, aftermovies, concert and promotional videos;
- Working with multi-camera footage, backstage, phone recordings, etc.;
- Integration of graphics, subtitles, archives;
- Editing to music with rhythm, dynamics, and climaxes.
Requirements:
- Experience in musical/concert videos (please provide examples);
- Ability to work with large volumes of material;
- Understanding of the specifics of a symphonic show, how the stage, lighting, and musical accents work;
- Sense of rhythm, framing, and dramaturgy;
- Ability to adapt style to formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube);
- Experience with audio editors (Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo) and one of the video editors: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut.
Bonus: experience with orchestras/theatre, skills in color grading or sound design, personal vision in working with musical footage.
