Project: a large symphonic show with vocalists, orchestra, and theatrical direction
We are looking for a strong editor who can think rhythmically, understands the power of music and visuals, and can stitch everything into a cohesive story.
We edit emotions — not just videos!
What will be involved:
- Editing of clips, teasers, concert videos, aftermovies, and promotional videos;
- Working with footage from different cameras (including concert multi-camera, backstage, phone recordings, etc.);
- Integration of graphics, subtitles, archival content;
- Understanding the specifics of symphonic shows — from aesthetics to dramaturgy;
- Editing to music, maintaining rhythm, dynamics, and climax.
What is important to us:
- Experience in editing concert or musical videos (please provide examples);
- Ability to work with large volumes of material;
- Sense of rhythm, framing, and dramaturgy;
- Understanding how stage, lighting, and musical accents work;
- Ability to adapt editing style to video formats (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.);
- Experience working with audio editors (Pro Tools, Cubase, Nuendo);
- Experience with one of the video editors: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut;
- Clear deadlines and openness to revisions.
Bonus points:
- Experience working with orchestras or theatrical productions;
- Skills as a colorist, sound designer;
- Personal vision in working with musical footage.
💌 Inspired to combine music, visuals, and emotion into one whole? We look forward to your portfolio!
P.S. A paid test task is planned before starting cooperation.
