We are seeking a specialist who can help build a strong personal brand for the agency's founder and enhance the company's brand presence on Instagram through content strategy, positioning, and modern AI tools.
⚡️ What you will need to do:
• Develop a personal brand development strategy for the founder.
• Build a content strategy for two Instagram accounts: a personal profile and the agency's profile.
• Help formulate positioning, key messages, and communication style.
• Determine what content to publish, how to showcase expertise, the team, case studies, and behind-the-scenes of the business.
• Suggest and implement a format for using AI avatars for content.
• Create a content plan and recommendations for regular account management.
• Provide ideas for videos, Reels, Stories, and other content formats.
⚡️ Who we are looking for:
• You have experience in developing personal brands or expert blogs.
• You understand how to create content that builds trust and engages the audience.
• You have case studies from Instagram or other social networks.
• You can look not only at content but also at the overall promotion strategy.
⚡️ It would be a big plus:
• Experience working with marketing agencies.
• Experience creating content using AI tools and AI avatars.
• Understanding of current trends in content marketing and personal branding.
