🚀 We are looking for a Meta Ads targeting specialist for a large e-commerce project (food delivery)
📌 About the project
• 15 cities, 13 active — a separate campaign structure for each
• 3 ad accounts: catalog (Advantage+ Catalog) / banners and conversion campaigns / traffic and promotion of Reels
• ~30+ active campaigns simultaneously
• Budget: ~$25,000
• Goal: purchases on the website, KPI for ROAS and CPA separately for each city
🛠 What needs to be done
• Manage the full cycle: strategy → setup → optimization → reporting
• Work with a strict funnel structure: TOFU / MOFU (retargeting + reactivation) / BOFU — with clear audience segmentation, exclusions, and budget distribution
• Work with catalog campaigns (Dynamic Product Ads, feeds, Advantage+ Catalog)
• Generate creative ideas, create briefs for designers and editors (static, video, motion banners)
• Systematically test hypotheses: offers, audiences, formats, texts
• Maintain reporting: weekly, monthly. Data must match the account, no manual entry (automation is in place)
• Calls with updates 3 times a week + constant communication in chat
✅ Required skills
• Experience with Meta Ads for at least 2 years, budgets from $10,000/month
• Experience with e-commerce (optimization for purchases, ROAS, CPA)
• Understanding of the TOFU/MOFU/BOFU funnel structure, audience segmentation, exclusions
• Experience with the Meta catalog (DPA, feeds, Advantage+ Catalog)
• Working with Pixel, CAPI, GA4
• Marketing mindset: not just setting up the account, but understanding offers, triggers, segmentation for different audiences
• Experience interacting with designers and editors: ability to set clear briefs for creatives
• Discipline, systematic approach, attention to detail
❗It is important to understand
This is not a project format of "launched on Monday — checked on Friday". Each city requires daily attention. The client verifies data through CRM, GA4, and coupons — so no "faking" results. The previous contractor failed due to a lack of systematization, transparency, and the creative aspect.
