📌 Our current situation:
We have a technologist who creates patterns.
After that:

1. Patterns are sent for printing (another location)

2. Printing + cutting

3. They send us

4. We pass the patterns to the seamstress

5. The seamstress makes a test sample

6. If something is wrong — we give it back to the technologist for adjustments
   🔁 And everything starts over

👉 This greatly delays development and slows down the launch of new models

🎯 Who we are looking for:
A person who:

• ✅ Creates patterns independently

• ✅ Can print them

• ✅ Can sew a test sample

• ✅ And can deliver ready-made patterns that fit perfectly without additional adjustments

📍 Ideally, if:
• You have experience with ethnic producers or embroidered shirts
• You are familiar with fabrics like linen, homewoven cloth
• You understand basic sizes and standard fit
