Budget: Flexible (hourly, per project, or monthly package). If you are top-notch, the collaboration will be long-term.
What is needed:
✨ Short and dynamic promo videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook, and Telegram
🤖 Creative AI videos (Runway, Pika, Kaiber, Synthesia — if you have your secret tools, that would be great!)
🎨 Branding, motion graphics, subtitles, transitions — you know what we mean
Why we are relaunching the project:
- We have already received several test tasks from freelancers and realized that some editors do not adhere to basic technical requirements for content.
- Therefore, we are closing the current project and opening a new one — with an increased budget and clearer rules.
Mandatory:

Style requirements:
❌ We do not need “postcards for grandmothers” and colorful rainbows in the text.
✅ Our main corporate style:

- Allowed fonts: Jost, Kanit, Public Sans
Work formats:
- Short videos (25–60 sec) for Reels / Stories / posts
- Longer videos (1–3 min) for YouTube and presentations
- Adaptation for different platforms
Your vibe:
- You are creative, fast, and love to experiment with style
- You have a portfolio that will make us say “WOW”
- You can tell a story in 30-40 seconds (and keep the audience's attention!)
- Bonus: if you have experience working with real estate videos
What needs to be done in the project:
- 6-10 short promo videos per month (15–60 sec)
- 1–2 longer videos (1–3 min) as needed
- There will be A/B/C adaptations
What we expect:
- Clear adherence to the technical guide from META
- Use of stock footage (under your license) or AI-generated video content
- We provide project specifications and a script with text
- If needed, we can purchase stock footage
What we offer:
- A higher budget than in the previous project
- A test task (paid if the result meets our requirements and is used by us for promotion)
