I am looking for a Cover Designer for YouTube for a permanent collaboration.

I am looking for a Designer who will create YouTube covers on a regular basis.

The budget for one cover is up to 1000 UAH.
However, there are requirements that are relevant for this price.

Requirements:

- Creativity: when there is a detailed brief, I can provide it to you, but I need a person who can provide a creative solution, come up with an idea, propose it, and implement it. One should not expect a constant clear brief. I can share my expectations, emotions, and ideas that I would like to realize in the cover, but I also need creativity.

- Several options for thumbnails: the design may not differ significantly, but at least in the proposed ideas, layouts, or references, there should be several options for thumbnails.

- Speed: the thumbnail needs to be done in a day or two.

Now an important point, creativity will be paid for, I understand that a creative approach can cost a lot, but we will not be testing it in practice, so the price for one thumbnail is up to 1000 UAH. If you have ideas on how to increase CTR, make the design even better, which will definitely work effectively, we are ready to discuss and pay separately.

We plan to order 8 thumbnails per month for now, but in one month there may be up to 20-30.
We can order them all at once, or we may stretch it out.

You can suggest doing several different options for an additional fee, but with a discount.
