I am looking for partners, a team of designers & developers, to whom I can pass projects for development for a % of the cost.
Clients – small and medium businesses in Ukraine
Technology stack: WP for websites and landing pages, Opencart for stores. Ideally without add-ons like Elementor, etc., but that will work too. Other options can be considered.

Pipeline: page structure -> flowchart -> layout -> markup + programming part, of course, you can also code live if you are a guru, but that is rare
1-2 language versions, from 10 to 50 typical pages for separate services (the difference is only in text).
There are several quality requirements:
1. Understanding the context – why the design is being made, for which niche, who will work with this website, what emotion it will evoke, etc. No design for the sake of design. So if this is some niche of legal services, it shouldn't be turned into art house.
2. Design without amateur mistakes (grid, scales, proportions, margins, uniformity of the design system, etc.). Design comes first.
3. Proper adaptation for 100% of devices and screen sizes (but not rubber layout).
4. Ability to create a multi-level main menu with 2-3 levels (from the experience of dozens of projects – 99% of teams simply ignore key functionality to save man-hours).
5. Adequate communication with the client, responses within working days and hours.
6. Market prices at the freelance level that businesses can afford, not boutique agencies.
