Looking for a manager/assistant who will help establish collaborations with beauty brands (cosmetics, skincare, and haircare) for creating advertising content on TikTok, including UGC videos.

3+ years of active TikTok management
~40,000 targeted and engaged audience
Beauty niche (reviews, care, UGC, advertising integrations)
Ability to create quality, native content for brands
Manager's tasks:
Searching for beauty brands and companies for collaboration
Writing and sending commercial proposals
Communication with brands (email / Instagram / TikTok)
Agreeing on collaboration terms (UGC, advertising, deadlines, payment)
Requirements:
Understanding of the beauty market and TikTok / UGC format
Experience in collaboration with brands or influencer marketing — a plus
Proficient written language
Ability to negotiate and bring deals to fruition
