I am looking for a responsible and creative video editor for long-term collaboration on a YouTube channel. The theme of the channel: AI for business.

I need a person who not only stitches frames together but understands the specifics of YouTube: how to keep the viewer's attention, work with dynamics and rhythm.

Tasks:

• Editing horizontal videos for YouTube

• Basic color correction.

• Adding graphic elements (text, lower thirds, transitions, zooms).

• Editing dynamic Shorts (vertical videos).

Work volume and plans: We are focused on ongoing work.

1. Main videos: Plan: 2 videos per month. The duration of the finished video is approximately 10–15 minutes.

2. Shorts: We plan to release 4-6 shorts per month.

3. Test phase: We are considering starting collaboration specifically with the editing of Shorts to understand if we match each other in style and work pace.
